Processing Time

All orders are hand-packaged at our Miami Beach studio and ship within 2–3 business days. Orders placed by 2:00 PM ET Monday–Friday begin processing same-day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Standard — USPS Ground Advantage
Calculated live at checkout. Delivery in 2–5 business days within the continental United States.

Priority Mail
Calculated live at checkout. Delivery in 1–3 business days.

Priority Mail Express
Calculated live at checkout. Delivery in 1–2 business days (overnight to most US addresses).

Free Standard Shipping on US orders over $150. Priority and Express upgrades remain available at calculated rates.

Service Area

We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii (additional 2–4 business days for AK/HI). We also ship to US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands — additional 3–6 business days).

Order Tracking

You’ll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Track your package anytime at usps.com.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package hasn’t arrived within 10 business days of shipment, contact us and we’ll work with USPS to investigate or send a replacement.

Returns

30-Day First-Order Guarantee

Trying IESA for the first time? If it’s not right for you, contact us within 30 days of your first order for a full refund — even if you’ve opened it. One first-order guarantee per customer.

Consumable Products

Beyond the first-order guarantee above, because our products are consumable we cannot accept returns on opened items. We appreciate your understanding — this protects every customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days and we’ll make it right. Include a photo of the issue and your order number.
