Alkaline plant foods
The plant-food framework Dr. Sebi catalogued over decades, and how it can inform everyday eating as part of a wellness routine.
Influences & training
A factual note on one of the traditions that shaped Clinton's approach to plant foods and minerals — and a plain statement of what we do and don't claim.
Who was Dr. Sebi?
Dr. Sebi (Alfredo Bowman, 1933–2016) was a self-taught Honduran herbalist who developed what he called the African Bio-Mineral Balance — an approach to eating centered on alkaline plant foods and minerals.
His approach remains outside mainstream medicine and has not been evaluated by the FDA. Over several decades he taught students, and a community of them continues to share his dietary approach today.
The teachers in this lineage are not credentialed by the FDA or any medical board. We share it because it is part of Clinton's story — not as a medical credential.

The traditional view of minerals as part of daily nourishment — the thinking behind IESA's mineral rituals, which support a varied diet rather than replace it.
Working respectfully with traditional plant allies, with attention to each person's routine and preferences.
Building structured, time-bound wellness routines around each person's goals. The 40-Day holistic health coaching program distills this approach — educational guidance, not medical advice.
Out of respect for the protégé's privacy, we don't publish their name. We're happy to share more during a consultation.
An honest note
We don't claim to be doctors. We don't claim to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and we don't claim that any tradition, product or program described on this site will produce a particular result for you.
What we offer is educational guidance rooted in ancestral practice, careful sourcing, published lab certificates for Ormus Gold and our Shilajit resin, and one-on-one coaching for people who want a structured routine.
Fasting isn't right for everyone — talk with your healthcare provider first, especially if you're pregnant or nursing, have a medical condition, or take medication. We're a complement to medical care, never a replacement for it.
